One month back I recharged my Photon plus account, but when I tried to use it then there was no signal. Customer care told me to visit service centre. They inform me that Photon services have been stopped in Bihar. On asking about the refund they told me that, it is not possible. Thank god I was thinking of buying a Year plan. So I thought that it is very important to inform others.
They(TATA) should announce complete closure of Photon services in my opinion.
