I hv taken the TATA INDICOM WLL and it is giving the problem the day I bought. I have made'N' complaints to customer care number 121. Email to concerned department,  But they have not bothered to follow the complaints once their products is sold.


Problem with the connections is ECHO and GARBELLED VOICE . We have to keep the receiver around 1 feet away from our ear to understand the persons voice. Sometimes everybody is listening that somebody is speaking from the other end but no one understand what the other person is saying?


Second it is difficult to get 121 number most of the time all operators are busy. No action they take if complaint is made online through mail. I have made complaint to all the addresess available on their site thought any responsible person would see and try to solve the problem. But it is just waste of time and money.


I am disconnecting my phone and It is my advice to all those who have plans of taking their services PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IT.


I am the user of all the brands available in the market like MTNL, Reliance, Airtel, Hutch and their service is quite satisfactory. But with TATA it is lousiest I have ever faced. They people are very prompt in reminding and collecting their Bill payment  before the Bill comes.


My experience with TATA indicom was very bad and I want other should not come in their trap.
