I am using the Tata indicom service from past 6 years, I am very unhappy about automatic subscription of voice chat from past six month which I haven't known they were deducting the amount from my account, last month I have complained to the customer care and told them to unsub, but one off the representative told me that is has been deactivated, but today morning I have received message stating will renewed Oct, 9th, I called to customer care, they told we taken the complaint and the needful.
I think they are all looting common people by doing all this tricks. I have activated DND on 13/9/10, still I getting so many message.
I thinking to change to other service provide but no use they are also like this people only.
