I work for a software firm.Its been a year since I am using Tata Indicom and I find it heaven compared to my previous service provider. I was previously using BPLMOBILE (It literally sucks).
The customer service is very prompt. Both me an my friend switched over to Tata Indicom my friend from Hutch an myself from BPL Mobile. The experience for both of us is far bettter than what we had with our previous service providers.
The plan I have been using is one which I have Tata2Tata free calls. I have purchased a set at home which allows me to talk unlimited wherever in Mah and Goa I may be. I do a lot of travelling between Mumbai - Pune roaming throughout Maharasftra and Goa is free for me an network has never been a problem. The handset I have opted for is Nokia 2865 I can access the net through this instrument though a bit slow.
Bu the icing on the cake is I can pay my bills through the instrument wherever I am without worrying about drop boxes and stuff like that.
All in all I have ben pretty much satisfied with Tata Indicom till date.
