I bought Indica Xeta GLS on 28/11/07. Initialy I was planning to buy Alto when I was not aware about price of Xeta. I thought there is nobody near to Alto in that price segment( 3.3 lak).
I took test of both. Alto looked like sitting on ground, also tested Wagon. Road view from Wagon R is very good due to height, but it was not in the budget.
XETA looked quite comfortable, spacious. Most imp.pick up is very good. Even at low spped, one need not go to from 3rd to 2nd gear. AC is good and cools very fast
Since it is new car, mileage is low( 10 kmpl in Thane city), Expect more after 1 st Servicing Car looks very solid, quiet engine, good suspensions and value for money.
I saved almost 15K compared to Alto. Same amount I can use for fuel, if somebody argues for fuel economy.
I shall update when I drive more.
