The Hexa is powered by 2.2 L 4-cylinder VARICOR diesel engine, which develops power in two tunes: 148 bhp at 4000 rpm and 320 Nm between 1700-2700 rpm for the entry-level XE variant, and 153 bhp at 4000 rpm and 400 Nm between 1700-2700 rpm for the rest of the variants. It is available with a 5-speed manual transmission with the former, while the latter gets 6-speed manual and new 6-speed automatic gearboxes.
