Since 2 year i have been using a tata docomo sim. In the very first year, i was ok with it as it did the work for which it is made that too good enough. But after that, the service is like totally ruined. I, after seeing its degrading service quality, have got my sim ported to airtel. Following are the issues i faced :
Calling issue. It doesnt have a good calling facility. Call disconnects in between and the voice is also not clear enough.
Secondly, the network problem. If i go to a little away from the main city the network are gone.
Thirdly and most importantly, its service. If we get into any trouble relating to the sim, the customer support centre takes a long time to resolve the issue. Many a times, it is even not possible to contact them.
Also, many times, in the main city too, the network is gone.
And finally, the internet speed which is worst. In todays fast pace of internet too, this company is providing such slow internet service.
