Network in my zone is Okay but in My house there is no signal of Tata Docomo. Sometimes I get frustrated while calling because it sucks. Finally I port my sim into Idea Sim. There is always, When I am in home there is a problem of network. Out my house , network is Okay. There is no problem outside. Internet speed too much slow. You can't access Internet if you have Tata Docomo sim.
Customer service is Very slow. I complaint many times but it take a while to complete it. Very bad service.
Charges is quiet good but if you have no network then what you should do. Nothing you can do without network. Calling rates are also good but calling with this sim in my house is not possible. I finally quiet Tata Docomo and get port my number into Idea sim.
