I have bought this docomo sim card 2 years back near my college after liking the initial advantages like extra data and talktime for first buy.But after buying the sim I realised that it is not the best in the business.It has no 3G service and the data is very slow.The signal coverage is not up to the mark.While I was travelling.i couldn't even get a small bit of signal at some places and it was very frustrating.But the rate cutters for this sim are somewhat better than others for std calling.As of now I dont find it as a good choice to buy a new sim from docomo. Go for other operators.
