Tata docomo is really good network in mumbai I am using it compare to reliance GSM . Reliance is worst in mumbai and other state tata gives more economy plans but thoda expensive hai coz they started with per sec billing( which is similar as BPL MOBILE STARTED IN 2004) so we have to pay 60p/min. while other operator gives it local calls 50p/min. and atleast 200 sms free/month in postpaid other operator plans started from 99 /- monthly rentals here you have to pay minimum 299/- network is good but postpaid plans are not much attractive as idea cellular! see below plans which idea offers in mumbai in just rent of 299 /-
