I have used this network for three years.It is the worst network in india.It has no 4g service as well.the service cost of this network is also very high.
One of the annoying thing that happened to me is lot of ads , when complained about this to customer care they say that dnd is active no more ads or calls will come to my number but still ads calls continued.
Now lets come to the network strength/coverage, it has very low signals in the rural area compared to urban area.if complained about this to customer care they say that they will upgrade/install new tower in my area , but no solution problem continued.
Later I switched to other network. My humble request to all is that dont go for this network.
