I used Tata Docomo for 5 years and they never provided proper service, at first I like it's calling and internet plans, but after some time it grow like china population, I mostly fade off its costumer service, every thing I can tolerate but their customer service is worst, once RTs. 50 balance is deducted from my mobile and I complained but the costumer care person always repeats the same thing, he listens my problem but actually repeats the same thing again and again, every time I called CC, I am always ending faded off.
if you respect time never take TATA Docomo.
