Most of the time I am facing network problem and due to the same, I am not able to get connected with people. If you are living in ground floor then it would be nightmare for you because your phone will always not reachable. Additionally if you belongs to rural area then again you will face same problem. As far as customer service is concern, it is also not satisfactory.
Besides this, charges are quite good and competitive and there is no problem at all in this front. If you are in roaming then again you may face network issue.
