I used Tata Docomo sim for almost two years. It was the best mobile network operator back then. all my friends used to have Tata Docomo sim for its fastest 3G service. It was the cheap and best 3G pack bak then. Then suddenly Docomo started fading out. Network starts disappearing form major locations and speed of 3g pack starts decreasing.
And their customer service was worst. From dealers to customer care executives nobody provides you with any soultion. What used to be a great service has almost vanished from the market. I dont use tata docomo anymore.
