As a current user of Tata docomo prepaid SIM series ( 8950XXXXXX) , I am very much disappoint now these days by their services and network problem.
: - in the starting their net packs n call rates are very cheap as comparison to other telecom service provider but their data pack and call rates are very expensive as compared to other telecom service provider.
: - almost every service provider now these days are not charging for roming incoming calls but TATA DOCOMO is still charging for incoming during roming , and outgoing calls in roming are costly too.
: - the reason they are charging high in roming because they don't have much towers outside Haryana and Punjab.
: - less signal Druring traveling , I traveled Ahmedabad to delhi , most of the time my Tata Docomo sim have no signal , but my other jio sim has full signal strength.
: - call drop is frequently happen when you are traveling.
: - 3g/4g data packs offer very less data and sometimes the data connection speed turn down to the speed of 2 kbps only.
: - so in the current market situation where other services providers like jio , idea , airtel offering very cheap data packs and unlimited voice call over 4g , it doesn't worth to use Tata Docomo, I already applied for the porting of my this number into jio.
