Tata Docomo customers main problem is network.
I never seen complete tower.of network in my mobile of Tata Docomo.
Sometimes it speed become slower than 2G even if you have 3G pack.
Customer service is worst than its network.
Once Docomo deduct my balance without any reason.
When I called customer service they didn't answer me properly. All customer service member are without brain. Because they gave me different excuses only.
Tata Docomo management and administration is so poor.
Among other operater companies docomo's charges are most high. Call rate is also very high.
All over Tata Docomo is useless.
