It has been a few months I have been using tata docomo network.i have a postpaid plan and I do expect some facilities like getting a printed detail of my usage and calls ipthroughout the minth.but there is ni such facility provided by docomo.also sometimes the unbilled amiunt reaches about 1800 to 2000 where I have subscribed for a plan of 450.!.still I try to question the customer service to help me out with it but I dont even get a pennyful of help.using tata docomo was a very big mistake made by me.also if soon ill post my this months bill and I can bet that it is also going to be something out of the whole plan.
