I' got TATA Docomo 3G Dongle of 7.2 mbps speed with inaugural offer of 5 GB Free post paid - unlimited upto 5GB, 128 kbps post 5 GB consumption. Honestly the speed is very good, but thats the bait
Here are the issues I faced
Activation was instant and was working only for 12 hours
Next day the dongle was deactivated and it took 3 days to activate it back
As the speed is high the Data limit is consumed quickly and you need to surf with a speed of ~128 kbps, this is worst than BSNL
Its good to have data limit of some 20/30 GB
The maximum they have is 10GB, for movie maniac's its shud be too less so
you need to surf with a speed of ~128 that is horrible
alternatively you can go for pre paid and keep paying as and as the data limit is consumed or want more
The customer service is poor
my documentation were not submitted on time
the call center people did not had my dongle registered in their database
Need not say after selling the product teh reseller had no responsibility
I was totally helpless
