I worked with TCS for more than 2 years and my analysis about company is
Pros:
If you are lucky, you will get onsite opportunity.
Job security, Nobody will kick you out. Max to max you are out of the project.
Flexible timings.
Reputation of company is good in market.
Cons:
Very less scope of career growth.
Boot lickers get good ratings.
Changing project is very painful. If you change the project due to any reason(Even because of project end) you will get bad ratings.
Nobody cares about amount of work you do. finally boot lickers or senior guys get good ratings.
Salary hike is less.
I would suggest please don't go by brand name, choose wise. :)
