Please don't work at client location specially Automotive. Read it carefully.
I am begging you to not work with TCS, I have been cheated and my life and career got scrutinzed. With 3 yrs of exp before joining TCS I had 5 offers of which I chose TCS and made biggest mistake of my life.
Managers - You can read other reviews(classless, politics, rude, Gov type, not qualified)
HR's would not know even if u r part of Tcs or not, very iresponsive, unreachable and the HR policies really sucksss.
Master Slave work culture at client location.
Working from client location, the clients will ask for the report of every minute.(You r not allowed to leave seats for more than 10 mins) like things. forget about the leaves. And most importantly NO CLIENT-SIDE ALLOWANCE.
Highest degree of politics that you have not even think in ur dreams, time based promotion irrespective of your efforts. most of time d guy on same level is ur PL/GL/Appraiser.
Pathetic work culture and environment. Even I was very happy b4 joining but TCS screwed me, wasted my time, no skill update.
If u work with TCS, u will acquire work ethics there and will not remain to compete in any interview.
