This is the worst e-commerce site that I have used yet.seriously if someone ask me would you like to buy items from tatacliq.com and went to hell, my answer is hell.it is very difficult to rate this.
one of the worst this is that they don't have product variation and prices are much higher than market price and other e-commerce sites.
last month I ordered an ubon wireless speaker of cost RS 1000 and I think it's not so much costly so I make payment with my card but this is my first and last mistake that I would made.After two hours of placing order I received message from tatacliq that your order has been canceled and refund would be transferred within two days but today is 25th day and refund is not received yet.i complaint several times but there is no proper action taken by them.
five days ago they contact me and told they were not able to refund so you can buy another product of cost RS 1000 but I refused.
my friend also tried this they received item in such condition that nobody wants to use their services next time and delivery is also worse and always after expected date or time .
the look of website is also too worse.
