I recently purchased a Motorola G Turbo edition from Tatacliq.com. They have this product only to order and pickup from store. After 2-3 days the website is showing that my order is ready for pickup, the store is croma retail, pacific mall ghaziabad. I go all the way to collect my order in store and there the store manager says it was out of stock and new stock for this mobile may not come, so we are initiating product cancellation. I Pay for the mobile through online mode because they don't have Cash on delivery option. Now they are saying that we are cancelling the product and you have to wait for a week till we generate a refund cheque, they say you have to come to store again to collect the refund amount cheque. I say that I pay via online mode then you also have to return my money through online only, but they are saying we deduct 2.5% deduction charges for online mode.
Actually they are only providing trouble to the customer. for their fault we have to bear all the pain. what they wan't is just leave your job and go to their store regularly to get your money back.
Finally I have only one thing to say never ever shop with tatacliq or cromaretail
