I have ordered lingeries from tatacliq website. I have got wrong product. As on lingeries return is not applicable I was unable to return the same. So I searched and registered a complaint to their customer support with pics of wrong product. I got a call saying that I have logged complaint after 10 days so they will not accept my complaint. So they closed the support ticket. As this is injustice to customer. I am not going to accept this at all.
