TBSS is one of the best bpo fro new comers or freshers.
It allows with good package and benefits.
I worked almost 3 years for this process.
I was selected for the Tata sky out bound process as at that time DTH services were new and Tata need to capture the maximum customers by out calling department.
It was really a fabulous job.
There were 4 teams in out bound dept
1) team was was sale this team was most experienced and very strong communication skills.
2) team was retention who's services are in deactivate d need to call and check what's problem and convince to recharge.
3) team was for day 3 reminders in this customers need to recharge the account as he don't have balance and services will get deactivate after 3 days of grace period.
4) team was for churn as the day on which customers account will get deactivate as it was last day of grace period.
It was really amazing experience with TBSSL. OUT BOUND.
later on out bound dept got closed in pune and all the executives shifted to inbound process of Tata sky.
But over all
It was really fun with work in TBSSL.
I REALLY MISSED THOSE DAYS.
