I bought TATA BP Solar about 5 years ago. It is working good, no after sales sales problem.
they come for service for every six or seven months and do the service and get out. They are good and need not be blamed for one or two instances of not getting service.
Yes, Tata BP sells the water heaters through their dealerships, their dealers are alao good.
One should not be too ambitious about getting a service in a day or in an hour like that.
Go for TATA BP Solar water heater, ther are no problems.
