While the TATA Group has a superior image among the people of India, TATA AIG must improve its working method. There seems to be no coordination between departments and people. Every time you follow up we hve to start from scratch. This is not the right and customer friendly method. I hope TATA AIG too will keep up the good image of TATA Group.
