According to my point of view my friend have crashed the bike r15 and all his parts that is fiber parts are broken so he claimed to insurance his insurance company is tata aig with 0DEP insurance.so after claiming for insurance they got my bike repaired in 10 DAYS
so from this I can can say that they have the GOOD coustmer service
they settle the claims issue fast
they have many types of range of plans like 0 dep even 50 50 plan are also their
I think for bike insurance claims we dont have deal more with their staff more only through the phone we have talked they have nice behaviour
