I created an account in Mouthshut to write this review. So, I placed an order at Tasykhana and it told that 1 hr I will get my order. Now I am waiting for some call from the restaurant but I am getting none. So I chat with customer support, they say it's coming and then hang up.
I write an email, it said we will get back to you in 2 days.. lol. Then I tried to call the customer support, but a few times my call went through and it said your queue number is 2 , and it was always 2 after trying 15-20 times.. great.
Again I did a chat, and asked for restaurant number, I got the number and they disconnected the chat instantly. I called the restaurant, and they said they don't have any order from me... In all this time around 2-3 hrs went, I was hungry all time. Then I got an email from Tastykhana that they have cancelled the order..
Seriously what the f*ck !! Get lost Tastykhana idiots ! and give me back my money.. I am never going to make the same mistake again, and if you are smart, you should not too..
