Placed my first order with these morons today. At the time of placing order, I was told food would be delivered by 1:02 PM. No food by 1:30, so called customer care but there was no response. Called the restaurant Punjabi Tadka directly and they said order has not been received!
These guys are really pathetic. Shame on these people.
1> Customer care number on their website is never reachable.
2> Live chat option doesn't work
Not surprisingly, at mouthshut also, all 38 reviews given to these folks have 1 star.It was my first and last order with these people and will suggest everyone I know to never use their services.
PS: These people simply take money and never place the order.
