That gym is nice but don give proper protien time to time in gym do not have proper dumbels and that big one dumbel is not have tite nute bolt all so and in that gym. Not have any proper time also and in that gym do have proper poal to hanging an d dont do proper pulepes alsi and in that gym do not train proper body fitness thax
