Talwalkars which is located at Adajan is the world class gym. I have been a member of this gym since last 3 months and I got that which I want that is my six pack abs. I am crazy about workout and I had good physique before I joined this gym, but my problem was my fat and because of that I could not make six pack abs. I had changed many gym but none of them could make this.
