I was looking for some cashback offer for electricity bill payment. And I landed to TalkCharge. It was a new company for me so I signed up to make the payment for my electricity bill. There was an offer going on that you make the electricity bill payment for Rs 1000 and more and you will get Rs 100 as cash back. I decided to make the bill payment from TalkCharge and I did. But I never got the cash back. even I met all the terms of condition in order to get the cash back but I never got the same. I contacted TalkCharge but I didn't get any positive response.
So I believe TalkCharge is not at all honest with their customers. I will never recommend using their services. because if something happens wrong they are going to help at any cost
