Like other reviewers would like to warn potential buyers who are taken in the glitz of the promo videos and shots and decide to order this product - THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DELIVER FULLY PAID ORDERS.
It has been almost 3 months since I gave a fully paid order for a 3ft study table...I have received no updates from then without asking for it..Even after pestering them for updates they give vague answers..and in last month frankly their representative doesn't say anything other than it would be dispatched next week( I have been hearing that since early Oct). They are not willing to cancel and refund the amount paid..have been pushing the call center exec to connect me to a senior..she doesn't share their numbers..
I have run out of options.
Would like to get views on what action can I take..
