Worst cab service ,extremely bad experiece twice

This has happened to me twice; both the times while getting picked up from the airport. At first I was provided with a driver who was not able to understand hindi and was constantly chatting on the phone. After telling him repeatedly to take a left to the khar subway he went straight over the flyover and due to this I had to take a longer route home.


The next one takes the cake, I thought over a period of time their services would improve so took another chance to book tab cab from the domestic airtport, after paying rs50 convenience fee I waited for almost 30 mins for my cab to arrive which it never did.


Not even a phone call if the car had broken down on something and if I try to call customer service I only was kept waiting there as well, the only option I had was either to carry my luggage back to the counter or opt for another services which I finally did and hopped into a rickshaw.


I would strongly advice anyone never to try tab cab as their services are extremely pathetic and inefficient, don't go by the look of the car as the drivers driving them lack common sense and experience. Tab cab can verify the genuineness of my experience by going through my number and name Kamlesh, 982----345.


The booking was done at around 6.30 pm.


P.S: Tab cab owes me 50rs for inconvenience fee and 30 mins.
