The problem with this operator I faced was recharging although I used to get free talktime everytime I shop in Bigbazar, but that was nit enough. There is no retailer available in the market. Either I had to visit Bigbazar or tatadocomo retailer to recharge my account. No special vouchers available when you recharge from Tata Docomo retailer. Customer service was also a pain for me as the CCC's treated like I was using a free service.
