I order 6 set LED bulbs from Flipkart. I tried to check all the bulbs if they are working good. So 2 out of 6 didn't work after 3 months. I tried to check the customer care for Syska but they said that the bulbs are out of warranty period. However I gave them the invoice from flipkart, still they didn't listen and denied replacing the bulbs, saying that it could be something wrong with the connection. Even if the product is covered under warranty, still they didn't agreed to change it. So I urge everyone NOT to purchase products of Syska or atleast the LED bulbs because they are scammers.
