Mobilephone was damage and used insurance claim covered with syska gadget secure(sgs) so at that time I call sgs customer care on 17-11-2015.After one month they alot service center(sc) on 16-12-2015 and on 28-12-2015 I recd phone from sc your mobilephone was ready but claim not transfer.
On that time I call sgs cc they told me your mobile was on under process, till date 26-01-2016 my mobile phone was not recd.so many time I call cc every time same wording under process.I AM VERY UPSET TO TAKE SYSKA GADGET SECURE(SGS) PLAN FOR MY MOBILEPHONE I REQUEST TO ALL OF THEM PL. DONOT TAKE SGS PLAN
