I had a micromax which was insured by syska . they provide a full accident cover for the phone. And accidently I broke my phone. after several attempt I got a hold of the cutomer care and they told me to brong the phone to an address ( service center) . And THERE WAS NO PLACE WITH THAT ADDRESS.
and they gave me another address and my phone was serviced. They told me to either wait for the insurance money or to go a head and pay and that they will refund the amount soon. So I waited. Soo after 2 months. They tell me the documents were wrong and to re submit them. This was like a loop untill 3 resubmission and I called it a quit.
So please dont buy from these fakers
