Syntel has been like a second home to me. It is a nice place to work if you join as a fresher. There are multiple opportunities for learning and growth.
Employee engagement is moderate and training programs are average. You can establish a good work life balance if you get a good manager.
Salary is good but other perks are average with considerable amount of job security. You can get onsite opportunities as well and enjoy working at client locations to learn and grow more.
