Entering the IT industry was a good decision that I took some years back, since my original civil engineering background was not earning me much money. After 2 job changes I joined synechron thinking that it was a good paying company.
My old jobs were in companies that were smaller than synechorn and I thought I would get better career growth in the company. after joining, I needed some time to adjust to the new atmosphere because it was different from my earlier experiences of working in IT companies.
Here, I got more exposure to different types of projects in the .net field. I was not very sure about my decison when I joined synechron, but it had turned out good so far. most of my IT friends had told me that I will get good pay in the company and I think they are right. working in synechorn has improved my confidence and given overall good learning experience
