I am working with Synechron since many years, almost 4 years now. The company is good for working in various technologies and domains. Synechron has a lot of employee engagement programs, CSR and other events too.
Sometimes you feel annoyed as some of the operational policies are not clear & existing keep changing. The technology groups are passionate and they work to keep the clients satisfied. Training programs offer good technical enhancements. There are good onsite jobs, multiple global locations and domains give more chances and opportunities to grow.
Good organization can do much better in the coming years.
