Their claim service was very helpful. My phone got damaged in an accident, good thing I did take an insurance from SyncNScan. Their claims support guided me thoroughly, asked for some documentation, resulting in me getting a 90% claim amount. The entire ordeal could've been much worse, but I guess I was lucky to be associated with them before the mishap.
