The cooler was delivered ahead of schedule. Works well. Only thing is that I wish it generated little less noise. Also for the product as such - wish there as a detailed user manual and how-tos to go by.I bought it 2 yr back .it does nt cool sufficiently and motor of fan also got stopped working. I created a service ticket but service dealer says that I have to live with it until he gets a replacement from Symphony
