I purchsed this Symphony Strom 100i Tower Air Cooler 30 days back. After 15 days problems are start in it.
Symphony has worst service and support for their customer.
When I called them for service of cooler. They started make excuses and didn't answer me properly.
First main problem is cooling. It take more than 30 hours for cold air and after 3 weeks fans make sound. Which is annoying me everytime.
Product and service is reliable. Over all I am not satisfied with this Symphony Cooler.
Value for money I will give this product 2/5.
I also find some good and best product this price.
Honestly don't buy this product. It is total waste of money.
