Service and support of this cooler is not upto the mark. Service department reponse is quite late also this cooler creates lots of sound which is very noisy compare its cooling . Cooling of this cooler is really very bad. Build quality of the cooler is not very good cause its have very lightweight plastic. Its not reliable for me and not satisfy with this.where you can purchase another product of symphoney cause this product is not value for money.
