This is to inform you that I placed my order from yours app and many times I ask where is my food but they replied order is prepared and waiting for delivery partner so if you have not any adequate staff why you are running your App, Customer service is also guide that if you cancel you have to pay full amount or it will be deducted in next order
I understand that Earn money is much more valuable to you not your customer satisfaction
Shame on you and yours services !
I will delete permanently Swiggy from my mobile and also suggest to my friends and family that not order any goods from Swiggy
