The products are pricey but not bad except the chocolates. For that price I could have bought Cadburys or Amul. Taste is very ordinary. But worst is their shipping services. They employ poor couriers and so it takes a week to get the products though they promise in 3 or 4 days. For eatables with minimum shelf life, one week is too long to get the products. And worse is the attitude of the staff. They wash their hands off once the product is shipped. Accept no responsibility to ensure the product reaches the customer quickly. Three times I ordered and all the three times the shipment was delayed. Once the delay caused coconut burfi to go bad. AVOID THIS SITE IF YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN CHENNAI.
