I had a very disappointing experience with Swargarani School.

On Friday(24th April), I completed the application process online and made the full payment successfully. After that, I called the school and was asked to visit on Monday(27th April) with my child for the interview.

However, when I visited the school on Monday, I was told that the application form was not filled properly because it was done using a mobile phone. I was asked to fill it again on the spot before proceeding further. This was confusing, as the payment and submission had already been accepted without any issue.

When I questioned this inconsistency, the staff member seemed to take it personally and initially refused to conduct the interview, asking us to come on another day. After further discussion, they agreed to proceed.

Unfortunately, the situation worsened during the interaction with my child. The staff conducted the test in a very harsh manner, raising their voice and creating an uncomfortable environment. My 4-year-old child became scared and was unable to participate.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a school environment where young children should feel safe and supported.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their administrative process and staff behavior to ensure a better experience for children and parents in the future.
