I was looking for router for Home use, and I visited Junglee from where I was routed to Suzalin.com. It looked quite simple. I was confused, which one to go for and contacted Suzalin customer Care.
Seriously, the customer Support executive was very friendly when asked for, he didn't suggest any particular Brand, but gave 4-5 options for router, unfortunately they had no option for COD, I took a chance and made payment through my Card. I got the shipping details the same day I placed order.
But the order was bit a delayed, but the customer care had followed up on every stage and co-ordinate with me till I receive the order. This was really amazing; I never thought an immature Company could provide such good service.
I never write such huge blogs, but Suzalin has made me do it.
