Hr Karthick Kumar was egoistic and headweight person. He was not even answering when I will get my offer letter as I got selected in Sutherland global. He made me wait for two days and not responding to me as he knows that I need job desperately since my wife is pregnant. Hence he was treating me as slave and not even unlocked my system to do the onboarding process. Hence people with self dignity do not join Sutherland global. It is also not a safe place for women which is known globally
